Recently my very sweet friend Nicola from Leona Carolina's Closet and I discovered that we have more than a few items in common in our collections. It started when I bought Jordana Matte Tangerine Tango and was pretty sure I remembered seeing it in Nicola's collection when Noel and I stayed with her on our epic road trip last year. I asked her about it (for once, my memory wasn't on the fritz! Yussss) and proposed doing a twin post, which got us talking about the other Jordanas we had and then the other things we had in common. After going through my stash list, Nicola came back with a lengthy list of things... not including the polish! Which is probably just as lengthy :D
Anyway, if you made it through my waffle, we're awesome, we have great taste in make up (or we share the same delusions?) and we're gonna show you stuff, regularly. So enjoy :D
Let's start with the very pretty lippy that kicked things off, Jordana Matte Tangerine Tango:
I'll post a full review soon (I'm still testing the other Jordana Mattes I bought) but briefly - the formula is stellar. It's not drying, it lasts upward of four hours and Jordana lipsticks are a bargain at $3-4NZD (and cheaper overseas).
I decided to pair Tangerine Tango with varying tones of gold, including a slash of Lime Crime Rhyme Uniliner which is a fabulous molten gold. I really liked this look! Please stand by while I spam you with my face :p (and don't forget to go peek at Nicola's face too!)
