If you're looking for a new hair curler to help you usher in the warmer weather with suitably cheerful curls and waves, the Remington Perfect Curl 2-In-1 (RRP $99.99NZD) might be just what you need. It's a handy wee hair tool which allows you switch between two different settings for tight ringlets or looser waves. Less fussing about with different hair tools and more time to enjoy summer!
To switch between the different curl settings, you just twist the knob at the top of the barrel and you'll see the curling wand rotate to create differing amounts of space between the twists - from 19mm to 32mm.

This curling wand is a great tool to have in your arsenal, I really like that it cuts down the number of styling tools you have to store or tote around on holiday! My only niggle is that the clamp to hold your hair in place while curling is fixed in one direction, so you're unable to change the direction of your curls - something I often like to do for more natural movement. I did fiddle around with holding the wand at different angles to see if I could achieve different results, but going against the clamp only results in an unsightly kink at the end of the curl (you can spot a few in the 19mm example) so I don't recommend it. When I went with the flow for testing the 32mm barrel (above), I found that the same-direction curls still sat really nicely and once lightly brushed out, didn't clump together, so it wasn't as much of an issue as I'd anticipated.
As is usual with Remington, the heat-up time is super quick in just 30 seconds and it has an automatic safety shut off. There are also three different heat settings so you have total control over choosing the level of heat needed for your hair type (the finer or more damaged your hair, the lower the temperature you should choose and conversely, the thicker or coarser your hair, the higher you can go).
