A starlet indeed, the packaging for this lipstick features a glamorous woman with a 'take no prisoners' expression. The tube is their usual classy and sturdy matte black with the 'KM' logo.
Karen Murrell's lipsticks are touted as 'vegetarian lipsticks', created with natural ingredients and ecologically friendly recycled packaging. They are designed to nurture your lips, improving their condition each time you wear a Karen Murrell lipstick.

Karen Murrell - Pink Starlet Lipstick Swatches & Review

Pink Starlet is a medium, muted pink, designed by Karen Murrell to be a fail safe colour that will flatter anyone. I'm struggling to think of anyone this wouldn't look gorgeous on! Because Pink Starlet has KM's usual buildable colour payoff, it can be kept sheer or built up to full on opacity (as I've worn it) depending on your comfort level or preference. When I wore it, Pink Starlet was lightly hydrating and lasted for three and half hours, which I would call pretty standard for a semi-sheer formula.

A FOTD with Pink Starlet

What I liked:
  • Smooth application
  • Lightly hydrating
  • Buildable colour pay off
  • Easy on the conscience! The lipstick itself is made with natural ingredients and the packaging has been created with biodegradable materials from sustainable sources.
  • Doesn't migrate or gather around lips

What I didn't like:
  • No complaints here!
