June 2014 Empties

Purchased by me/Gifted/Provided for review

Hey lovelies,

Wow, I have been pretty slack on June's monthly posts! Here are last month's empties.

Clean & Clear Morning Burst Facial Scrub: This one took me ages to finish! It works okay, but I wouldn't repurchase after reading Lena's post about the microbead pollution this and other similar products are responsible for. Well worth a read.
I Love...Blueberry & Smoothie Exfoliating Shower Smoothie: This is my favourite shower gel of all time. I think this is my third tube I've just finished and I'm down to my last one. Wah! Blueberry & Smoothie smells divine and has some grit to exfoliate at the same time as you wash.
Dare To Wear Cleansing Facial Wipes: I wasn't a big fan of these wipes. They remove makeup but with far more scrubbing and general effort involved than I'd like. They also become unpleasantly abrasive quite quickly, which no one wants!

Rainbowlicious Chocolate Chip Cookie Scrub*: I was really sad to finish this, because it smells so amazing! The cookie scent is perfect, very edible (but try to resist). See my full review here.
Pantene Pro-V 3 Minute Miracle: These have been a regular feature in Empties posts since I started using them, I just love them.
LUSH Sweetie Pie Shower Jelly: Another one I'm sorry to see go. Shower Jelly is so much fun, it smells great too I originally reviewed this here.
Great Barrier Island Bee Co Manuka Honey Lip Balm: I liked this lip balm, it's moderately hydrating and has a nice scent. It is a little hard and takes a few seconds to melt against your lips and apply.
Maybelline Babylips - Antioxidant Berry: I've jumped on the Babylips bandwagon in a biiig way, this is the fastest I've ever finished a lipbalm. I just wanted to apply it all the time (and did)! I've already repurchased.

This is the second post I've seen this week mentioning my microbeads post - brings a tear to my eye of pride! I've seen those three minute miracles before but I'm always highly skeptical of things called miracles, but I trust your words so I might pick one up next time I'm at the supermarket. I don't think I've ever finished a lip balm, I can't believe you finished two in a month!

    1. Aw! I'd had the Great Barrier One since New Years, but the Maybelline one for maybe 3 months? I've had really dry lips lately so I've been applying balm constantly.
