I'm back with another of the Australis Velourlips! I hope you're not getting sick of these, because I have my eye on more of new permanent shades, and purchased another of the metallic shades :D This is NY-CEE from the original set of five shades.
NY-CEE is a gorgeous blue based matte red. Unlike some of the regular Velourlips range, the slightly thick, mousse-like formula applies smoothly with incredible colour pay off, and is very forgiving if you prefer to take your time with application. NY-CEE won't feather or bleed, it's very long lasting (it wore for six hours on me) and is very minimally drying after two hours. There is a light candy scent which I quite enjoy. NY-CEE is a real winner from Australis and has restored my willingness to try more Velourlips (it can be a very inconsistent formula).

What I liked:
- Fantastic colour pay off
- Wears for six hours
- Doesn't feather, bleed, migrate or crack - basically stays put until you eat something oily or choose to remove it!
- Light candy scent
What I didn't like:
- Noooothing.

I also picked up this shade not long ago, but I haven't tried it yet :3 now that I seen your lip swatch, I am super excited to try this out myself! The color is sooo red and pretty, it's like, it gives you that glamour 1950 feel ♥ Love it Lani ~ Oh and please write more of these velourlips, I never get sick of your lip swatches posts x
