It's high time I finished reviewing my collection of LA Girl Glazed Lip Paints! I love these for their high pigmentation, glossy finish and wallet friendly price, although the orange shades in this selection let down the team a bit. I previously reviewed them here and here and have four more to go after this post, so let's get to it!
Swatched on bare skin under daylight bulbs
Formula overview:
The LA Girl Glazed Lip Paints offer 'super intense color' and an 'extra glossy finish', which these shades definitely deliver on. They come in squeezy tubes with a slanted plastic applicator. The applicator isn't very precise, so my preference is to use a lip brush first to outline my lips and then use the applicator to fill them in. I would have liked to see a sponge tip, like the Too Faced Melted lipsticks that these emulate have, or a doe foot applicator wand like the Australis Pout Pastes. The Glazed Lip Paints have a light peppermint scent which mostly fades after an hour and they feel emollient on the lips - not tacky or sticky. I did have feathering issues with some of the shades, so a clear or coordinating lip liner may be necessary if you are prone to feathering too.

Tango
Tango is a medium coral with mostly opaque colour pay off. It wears for four and a half hours, isn't drying and does not feather.
*
Tease
Tease is a cool toned hot pink with large flecks of silver shimmer. The shimmer does give it a slightly gritty texture during application and causes it to grab at any dry patches, so you'll want to ensure your lips are well scrubbed before applying. Fortunately the grittiness is fairly minor and not something that I noticed for very long. Tease wore for four and a half hours without feathering or being drying and there were a few stray sparkles (maybe two or three) that had escaped the lip line by the end of wear.

Hot Mess
Hot Mess is a medium orange with mostly opaque colour pay off; there was some streaking and settling into lip lines. though this was less noticeable from a distance. It wore for four hours without feathering or being drying.
*
Feisty
Feisty is a vibrant tangerine orange with semi opaque colour pay off. It wore for three hours, settled into lip lines, feathered and migrated around the lip line. It was generally not a good time! Such a shame, as I love this shade of orange.
