Time to release a few more ColourPop Super Shock Shadows from my drafts folder! With the exception of Lovely, which was sadly discontinued a few months ago, these are all permanent and available now.
ColourPop's Super Shock Shadows have a malleable consistency like wet clay - should you press a finger into the eyeshadow you'll leave a hollow, it doesn't spring back or cling like a mousse, nor does it resist like a cream or powder. And of course, it's endlessly amusing to prod at! Because of the wetness of the formula, it is important to keep the lid tightly shut to prevent the product drying out. Even so, they have a fairly short official shelf life, with ColourPop advising that their eyeshadows will last three years unopened and a year after being opened. I've now had these for over a year and there appears to be no difference in quality than when I first got them, so it seems ColourPop are being pretty conservative.
There are eight different finishes in the SuperShock range: Ultra-Glitter, Glitter Sheer, Satin, Matte, Metallic, Ultra-Metallic, Pearlized and Pressed Pigments and they're well represented across the batch of colours I have to show you today. All of ColourPop's eyeshadows wear like iron on me, I can always rely on them to stay all day without creasing.

Paisley
Paisley is described as a 'sheer golden ivory laced with champagne and pink Ultra Glitter'. It has a Glitter Sheer finish. This is super sparkly, perfect for a glitzy inner corner highlight. The sheer base is an advantage here as it makes Paisley an ideal layering shade.
Lovely
Lovely (discontinued) is described as 'soft light gold with flecks of glitter' and has a Metallic finish. I can't for the life of me understand why Colourpop felt the need to discontinue this from the permanent line, the formula is great and the colour is divine! Shame, ColourPop. Shame.
I've used Prickly Pear on the outer half of the lid here, Lovely on the inner half of the lid, Seeker on the crease and lower lashline, Cornelious to blend out and Paisley on the inner corner. The lashes are these ones in the style A19.
Get Lucky
Get Lucky is described as a 'muted Ultra-Glittery gold' and it has an Ultra-Metallic finish. I fully expected to adore this but it falls a little flat for me, not through any fault in the formula - it just lacks the depth I wanted. I'll still get use from it though, probably just with something else on the outer half of the lid or a more defined crease.
I used Kennedy as a transition shade for this look, with Sticker Sheet on the crease, Get Lucky all over the lid and on the lower lashline and Juicy Apple on the inner corner. The lashes are Ardell #110s. I'm also wearing Konnichiwa Lippie Stix in the look below (reviewed here).
Arrow
Arrow is described as 'vibrant red topped with pink and copper Ultra-Glitter'. True to the Ultra-Glitter finish, Arrow's base colour is sheer, almost excessively so, as I really had to pack it on to reach opacity. The sparkle in it is stunning, though - I think I'll layer it over something like White Rabbit next time to make life easier.
For this look, I used Crimper on the inner corner, Arrow on the inner half of the lid, Babykins on the outer half of the lid, Melrose on the crease and lower lashline and I Spy for the transition. The lashes are these ones from Born Pretty Store. I'm also wearing Frenchie Lippie Stix.
Partridge
Partridge is described as a 'warm Satin brown with a green and gold duo chrome flip'. It's listed as a Pearlized finish on my jar. I really love Partridge, it has a similar vibe to MAC Blue Brown pigment but the base isn't as intensely ruddy, making it easier to wear. The formula is stellar, too.
