Hello all! I’m Lani’s younger (and cooler) sister, Amy, and this is my blogging debut.
Lani gave me the task of trying out Trilogy’s Botanical Body Wash. I was really excited to try this new body wash because I’ve always used pretty generic brands (always the stuff on special!) from the supermarket. I must say, I was pretty impressed from the get go.
The bottle: The body wash comes in a 500ml bottle, which definitely goes a long way. I really like the design of the bottle. It’s a limited edition design by a New Zealand label called Hailwood – and it looks pretty awesome. The bottle has a pump, which is incredibly convenient for clumsy people, like me, who tend to drop things a lot. Also the pump ensures that you don’t overcompensate for the amount of body wash you actually need. Win!
The body wash: So before using the Botanical Body wash, I’d always been accustom to buying soaps with coconut or honey scents. After using the Botanical Body wash, I’m definitely a fan of the rosehip scent! At first it took a bit of getting used to, since it’s so different and strong. The scent definitely has its staying power - by the time it gets to midday I can still smell the rosehip on myself. It’s a really refreshing body wash that makes my skin feel so soft - after I’ve used it I feel squeaky-clean.
If you’re a fan of rosehip and feeling squeaky-clean, I’d definitely recommend Trilogy’s Botanical Body Wash!
