December 2015's Vanishing Cabinet was inspired by the animated movie Rise of the Guardians. My sons and I really enjoyed this movie, I really wish Dreamworks had proceeded with the follow-up films that were apparently originally planned for. Have you seen it?
Most of these shades were limited edition, but Sleepy Sands was added to the permanent range so you can pick it up anytime! Wings Up!! Cosmic Lipcraft Gloss also made a return under the name 'Nova' although the glosses arent' currently on the site. Carrie from Notoriously Morbid has recently started bringing back previous Vanishing Cabinet shades for a month at a time, so you never know what might be resurrected. Or what may pop up in the Notoriously Morbid Buy/Sell/Trade group or in a blog sale. Basically, never give up on an ISO.
About the subscription:
The Vanishing Cabinet is a monthly subscription service from US based indie brand Notoriously Morbid. The amount of products included seems to vary, but there's typically three to five products in each. It's $13.25USD within the US and $20USD for international (including shipping), so a very reasonable monthly treat! You can sign up for the wait list here or purchase a one month trial (while available) here. Overstock is occasionally posted here.
All swatches are applied to bare skin (on the left) and over Fyrinnae Pixie Epoxy (on the right) using a patting motion and photographed under daylight bulbs.

Bandit King
Bandit King is a taupe-purple shimmer. This colour is awesome! Blindingly sparkly over a sticky base, but soft, blendable and easy to work with either way. I hope this makes a return someday.
I've used Bandit King on the lid for this look, with Pure Passion layered on the inner third of the lid and inner half of the lower lashline, Should I Stay on the outer half of the lower lashline, Gypsy Curse on the crease, She's Got Gidget Hair for the transition and It's the White Hats on the browbone and inner corner. The lashes are from Born Pretty Store.
People Believe In Me
People Believe In Me is a soft grey-blue with periwinkle shimmer. I love the shimmer, it makes it look lit from within. I found this shade very easy to work with, it sheered out nicely for a inner corner highlight (see the look below).
The Moon Told Me So
The Moon Told Me So is a medium, slightly dusty blue, peppered with silver sparkles and finer blue and purple shimmer. Absolutely beautiful and the formula is great, too.
This was a favourite recent look. I used Logic Boy for the transition, Too Good To Be True on the crease, Always Your Girl to deepen the crease, Heart of the Family on the inner third of the lid, People Believe In Me on the center of the lid, It's Friday on the outer third, The Moon Told Me So on the inner corner and Hallelujah on the lower lashline. The lashes are these ones from Ebay in the style A19.
Sleepy Sands
Sleepy Sands is a wonderous glitterbomb of a shadow that will have gold-lovers wanting to coat themselves in it. With it being added to the permanent range last year, you feasibly could...
It applies well alone or with a base, though you'll want a base for maximum impact.
Wings Up!!
Wings Up!! is a sheer gold with blue sparkles. The Cosmic Lipcraft formula feels very balmy and slick, not sticky in the slightest, and I find it quite moisturising. Wings Up!! lasted just under three hours on me.
