Hey lovelies,
I've been curious about Missha's lipsticks for a long time but hadn't given them a try yet - truth be told, my experience with the Missha M Ever Lasting Lacquer Rouges put me off taking the leap. On my most recent visit to Auckland however, I came across the Missha Newmarket store in the midst of a big clearance sale, where I found this shade and others discounted to $10. After having a play with the testers I settled on SBE202, a pretty neutral I suspect may be discontinued but is still available on Ebay.
The Signature Glam Art Rouge lipstick packaging is just beautiful, with the Missha floral design adorning each side of the golden tube. Two sides are clear amber tinted plastic and on the bottom of the lipstick, the shade name is printed on a label which matches the colour inside.
This may be one of the more unusual lipstick bullets I've encountered! It didn't impede application at all though and the lip swatch below was applied neat from the tube.
SBE202 is a light, warm peachy nude. It's an absolute pleasure to apply, with a lightly creamy texture that glides on without highlighting imperfections. The colour pay off is smooth and even with a non drying formula. SBE202 wears for four and a half hours on me and has a very, very faint sweet and vaguely soapy scent which I found hard to place or detect. I think this is going to be a go-to nude for me, I really love it!
What I liked:
- Smooth, even colour pay off
- Non drying
- Gorgeous packaging
- Wears for 4.5 hours
- Nothing!
I think I'll need to check out some more of Missha's lipsticks soon! Have you tried them before?
X

WOW o.o only $10?! I'm so jelly !! I've always wanted to try this lipstick from Missha, love the packaging, but so expensive, even ebay prices aren't as affordable! Hopefully next time I catch their sale in their North Shore store; a new store just opened up near me ^^
