I'm a bit late to the party with this post as ColourPop's Holiday 2016 collection is already on Last Call (20% off, score!) but I thought I'd pop it up anyway in case the swatches are handy for anyone. In the barrage of new releases and promotions during Black Friday and Cyber Monday, I bought both highlighters in the Now Playing collection as I wanted to try more of ColourPop's highlighters, having really liked Double Dip from the In Bloom collection (reviewed here).
At the time of writing, both individual highlighters are sold out on the website but Strapped is still available as part of a discounted bundle, the Naughty set. Of course, with ColourPop, you never know what they'll bring back at a later date (as evidenced by the recent tidal wave of re-releases) so we may see these two again in the future!
Formula overview:
ColourPop's highlighters share the same wet clay texture as their other cheek products and eyeshadows. Because of this consistency, it's important to keep the jars tightly closed when not in use to prevent them from drying out.
ColourPop recommend applying their Super Shock Cheek products with fingers for fuller coverage, or with a flat synthetic shader brush or duo fibre brush for a sheerer finish. I like using ELF's duo fibre stipple brush for a really airbrushed effect with the blushes and it works well for the highlighters too, but if you're craving maximum shine, try a dampened Real Techniques Miracle Complexion Sponge or Beauty Blender. So. Much. Glow.
I noticed that these two highlighters felt a little wetter than others I've tried, although not in a bad way, and this didn't affect wear time at all. In fact, I got ten hours wear from both of them before they showed any signs of fading.

Fanny Pack
Fanny Pack is described as an 'icy silvery white'. I dithered around a bit over getting this but boy, am I glad I did! It's the ideal highlighter for the ultra pale and fair, although it could equally be used by deeper skin tones to dramatic effect. It lasted a solid ten hours on me before showing any sides of fading and was very easy to apply and blend out.
I've used Fanny Pack with Coin Purse blush in this look.
Strapped
Strapped is described as a 'soft cool toned pink'. It's a light, warm, peachy-pink on me - nothing cool toned about it! - with strong sheen. Much as I love Strapped, it's very similar to Yummy Cookies from the Hello Pretty Face Kit in the Hello Kitty collection, so if you have that then you really don't need both. The shimmer in Strapped is stronger and a touch pinker but the base colour is virtually identical.
Strapped applied and blended out as easily as Fanny Pack did and also wore for ten hours.
