Today I have a rather bargainous treasure to share with you - Intense Colour liquid eyeliner by Miki! Miki is an Aussie brand that is really inexpensive - just $4 each or 2 for $6 here in New Zealand.
The liquid liner comes in simple but sturdy black packaging. It contains 3 ml of product.
The applicator is a long thin brush. It is firm enough for the bristles to stay together and impart a line easily yet flexible enough to offer a lot of precision and creativity.
The liner dries to a matte finish and has good opacity.

I've been pleasantly surprised by the great quality of this liner. It doesn't fade or crack over the course of the day, and I don't have any trouble with it transferring above my crease towards the end of the day (which often happens with glossier liners and is the reason I don't wear gel liner). Another bonus is that the matte finish doesn't 'grab' the shimmery eyeshadows I favour and muddy up my liner over time. I often find that my glossier liquid liners will grab the shimmery shades and I'll wind up with a shimmery highlight on the inner third of my liner :s Which sounds cuter than it is, put like that!
