Hey lovelies,
If you're anything like me you can't resist a good gift with purchase so I'm popping in quickly today to tell you about Moisture Mist's current promotion! Their current GWP runs from the 28th of January until the 1st of March at Moisture Mist stockists. Currently when you spend $49 on Moisture Mist products you will receive a gorgeous free scarf of your choice. There are three colours to choose from and I have them to show you today, along with some product recommendations.
If you're planning to make the most of this promotion, I highly recommend checking out these products:
Translucent Pressed Powder in Bronze
Confusing name aside, this bronzer has a fine, blendable texture and buildable colour pay off. I've been reaching for this often over the past few weeks as although it contains shimmer, it's the kind that imparts glow rather than giving off a disco ball vibe!

Blusher in Plum Rose
The packaging shown above (on the right) is limited edition and isn't part of the promotion, but this beautiful blush is part of the permanent line in refill form and is worth taking a peek at! I've been thrashing this shade for a while now and am actually using it on both my mother and mother-in-law for my wedding in a few days. It's super flattering on a variety of skintones (my mum and MIL are considerably more olive than I am), easy to apply and lasts all day. (PS. I'm wearing it layered with MUA Marshmallow blush in the photos below.)
Circle Litener
This is a nice lightweight concealer with medium-buildable coverage and I haven't had any problems with it settling in fine lines either.
Face Colour Refills
These are really cool - you purchase an empty case which holds up to three colours and choose from six multi-use colours designed for eyes and cheeks. I've misplaced my palette or I'd show you swatches, but the texture of the colours is really soft and finely milled with most of the colours being buildable in opacity.
There are a bunch more products I want to check out, starting with the other blush shades - Plum Rose has really been a stand out for me! What's tickling your fancy?

My best friend Gina and I are currently on Great Barrier Island where we are having my wedding in just 5 sleeps! Gina kindly took these pictures of me modelling the scarves - unfortunately we didn't spot the smudge on my lens until well after we had finished so please try to ignore that. Gina is an incredible makeup artist and artist who you can check out on Facebook and Instagram :)
The cream & blue and pink & brown scarves have the same intricate patterns while the black and white scarf has bolder paisley designs. They're lovely scarves for summer because they're very lightweight, almost gauzy, and they're very wide so you can use them for a bunch of things. I think they're quite nice as a light shawl to keep the mozzies off during the hot summer evenings we've been having here but you really can use them however you'd like!
Love this boy!
Here's the fine print for this offer:
Gift sets, value packs, empty cases, sponges and tools, discounted or promotional items, and Limited Edition Beauty Cake and Blusher cannot be counted towards the qualifying purchase. Qualifying purchase must be made in a single transaction. Not in conjunction with any other offer. Scarf choices are: blue and cream, pink or black and white, while stocks last. Limit one gift per customer.
Will you be picking up a scarf from Moisture Mist? Which colour is your favourite?
